Yay Christmas!

We had a fabulous Christmas. Family and friends and really really *really* good food.

We had an amazing team of 10 of our friends show up and help us get everything *out* of the trailer, and *in* to the house in only 2 hours.

All the skinny ones are pictures. The man who painted all the walls wants to throttle us. We are going to be putting lots of holes in those lovely walls - to hold up the pictures.

My own little kitchen!

It has been a culinary sort of day!  I went and helped make pies for the soup kitchen in town. We managed, as a stake, to make 732 pies in 2 hours. Then we ran out of pie filling.

We also almost ran out of flour - but I think my table probably used 3 times as much as anyone else.

You see, cuz, you can't just put a GREAT BIG BOWL of flour on the table, and not expect it to end up in someone's face... right?

They had left over pastry dough though!! So I took some home, and made lemon meringue pies. 

YUM.

Dan and I concocted these amazing turkey burgers for supper.

We are culinary gods. You may kneel before us.
