We've already filled an entire dumpster.

We tore out all the carpet and underlay in the basement, and all the baseboards in the entire house.
Doesn't sound like much, but oh it was quite the workout!
We also took down all the upper cabinets in teh kitchen.
Thankfully, we did have some help.
